1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

3.4 Capacity to Contract

4 Registration & Verification

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Limits

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Indicative processing timeframes are as follows:

• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: typically 5–15 minutes;

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund the Account, or to a verified account in the Player's own name. LotusBet88 does not accept third-party deposits and will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies per transaction.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on LotusBet88 are binding and irrevocable once confirmed by the Platform's system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selection, stake amount, and market details before confirming any wager. LotusBet88 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets available on LotusBet88 include but are not limited to: English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC events, international badminton, and other major sporting events. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation of a bet.

6.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games, including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Sic Bo, are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game round, the hand or round affected will be resolved in accordance with the game studio's published technical failure policy.

6.4 Slot & Other Games

All slot games, fishing games, and crash titles available on the Platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified for fairness. Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term return figures across millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. LotusBet88 is not liable for variance-driven outcomes within any individual play session.

6.5 Voided Bets

LotusBet88 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to an obvious pricing error, system glitch, or manifest error in the published odds or game parameters. Where bets are voided, stakes will be returned in full to the Player's Account.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by LotusBet88 are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion and to the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be displayed on the promotion page. Players must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount within the stated validity period to qualify for withdrawal.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While Bonus Funds are active in a Player's Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is RM250, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets exceeding this threshold while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

7.4 Game Contribution

Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:

• Slot games: 100% contribution;
• Live dealer table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo): 10% contribution;
• Sports betting: contribution percentage as specified in individual promotion terms;
• Scratch cards, virtual sports: 0% contribution unless otherwise stated.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not fully wagered within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and will be removed from the Player's Account along with any associated winnings that have not met the withdrawal conditions.

7.6 Bonus Abuse

LotusBet88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage betting strategies in conjunction with bonus funds, engaging in low-risk betting patterns inconsistent with genuine gambling activity, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LotusBet88 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way that confers an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or chargeback fraud;
• Attempting to launder money or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other Players, including chip-dumping in live poker or other collusive play;
• Exploiting software bugs or system errors — any such errors must be reported to LotusBet88 support immediately;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communications with LotusBet88 support.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the LotusBet88 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces, is the proprietary property of LotusBet88 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from LotusBet88.

10 Limitation of Liability

LotusBet88 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from a Force Majeure event. LotusBet88 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the impact of any Force Majeure event and to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by LotusBet88

LotusBet88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, underage access, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.

11.2 Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting LotusBet88 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be processed as a final withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC if not previously completed.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via LotusBet88 customer support. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and they will not receive marketing communications from LotusBet88.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
